How was your weekend? It was so nice and fall like here. I loved it! I also can’t complain about the Broncos big win yesterday either! Woohoo! So awesome! I have a good feeling about this season! Watch out Cowboys, we’re coming for you. ;)

Hi guys!
OMG, I was chased by a turkey today! lol. I was in the Jeep so I felt somewhat safe but I had the window down because I was taking a picture of him. He starting to walk towards the Jeep and as we pulled away he followed us and then chased us. ha! I was laughing so hard. I’ve never been chased by a turkey before. Actually I’ve never really seen a turkey in the wild before. So weird and random!
It was great seeing everyone last night at my live cam show. I’m already looking forward to next Tuesday night! :)
I’ll be at my desk tonight working. If I look sad it’s not because I’m sad but because I’m working. ;)

I’m finally home and getting unpacked. That was a long family visit. Now I know why I moved from the state of North Carolina. It was actually nice Monday but still humid. Ugh. I get back to Colorado and it’s so fall like. I love it! Can’t wait for the first snow!

SUBJECT: We're Drowning Over Here!
Happy Friday the 13th,
Well today has been very eventful. Everything is flooded here. All the roads are blocked off because of flooding. It’s insane! We’re safe because we are up high but we’re stuck here. The rain has stopped for now but there is more on the way this weekend. Ugh! Jake and I ventured out to see what was happening today and I got some pics. These shots were right down the round from me. They are river side so they were getting pounded. So scary.
This house was named accordingly. Usually this river is slowly flowing and it’s about six feet lower.
Obviously the water shouldn’t be going over the bridge.
I’ll try and get out tomorrow and see if there are any more interesting things I can take a pic of. I hope you all are safe where ever you’re located. This year has certainly been nothing but wacky weather.

Hi guys!
We’ve been dealing with a lot of rain here. It’s crazy! All the rivers are cresting and mountainsides are crumbling. Super scary. I think the rain is supposed to end tomorrow sometime. I need some sunshine!! :) It’s not normal for us to have such gloomy weather.
You guys have any big plans for the weekend? I’m not sure what we’ll be up to but I know we’ll be watching the Bronco game on Sunday. WooHoo!

SUBJECT: Yellowstone Pics!
Hi everyone!
I finally got my hair done today. If you see me on the voyeur cams you’ll notice I no longer have roots! Hooray!
I was going through some of our Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Park pics and pulled out a few to upload. There are so many more to share but here’s the first of them. Hopefully I’ll get to those soon.
This is a dorky pic of me as we entered the Grand Teton National Park. I look a little rough as we had been driving all day to get there. :)
Our first night we stayed at a Lodge on Jackson lake. This is a pic Jake took as the sun was setting. They were really cute cabins but there was no air conditioning and no TV and no internet! We found out quickly that both National Parks are lacking all of those amenities and usually no cell phone service. It was a little tough for us technological dependent folks.
My first dorky pic at Yellowstone National Park. Yes I’m in need of a tan. I’m totally glowing white.
The next series of pics are from an encounter Jake had with a bear. I was watching from our Jeep as Jake decided to get closer to him for a “better” shot. What you don’t see in these pics is the moment when the bear decided to tell Jake to fuck off. He actually charged Jake but luckily (with his cool Marine Corp abilities) Jake stood his ground (along with bear spray at his side) and the bear slowly backed away. I seriously thought Jake was about to be mauled. I’ve never seen a bear charge like that and I was laying on the Jeep horn trying to distract the bear. We found out quickly why the bear was pissed. Jake got in-between a deer carcass and the bear. Apparently that’s a no-no. lol. Anyway Jake got some pretty incredible pics and I’m sure he’ll never forget his adventure.

SUBJECT: Cam Show Notice
Hi guys,
I wanted to give a heads up that I will not be able to host my live cam show tonight. I will need to reschedule it. I’ll let you know tomorrow when I will host it. Im sorry for the inconvenience. Jake is having a few business associates over to our house so I need to be on my best behavior. They have no idea about our “extra curricular” activities and I want to keep it that way. :) One day I’m going to say “fuck it” and just tell everyone what’s up and if they have a problem with it I don’t want those people in my life. It’s a nice thought anyway.
It’s gloomy, cold and rainy here. I like the cold but not gloomy and rain. I like sunshine! Hope you guys are enjoying nice weather!

Hi guys!
Wow what an amazing game last night! I’m so happy we made it! I have several pics to share.
This is me outside the stadium. :P
We’re getting all pumped up for the game and ‘Boom’ there is a lightening storm so the game was delayed.
While the game is about to start I realize the John Elway is sitting right behind me. I thought that was pretty cool.
So the game finally starts and since it’s the first NFL game for the season they make a big opening with Ryan Seacest (he was booed – haha).
And we saw this all night! Every time we got a touchdown fireworks went off!

I’m so excited! Jake bought Bronco tickets at the last minute so we’re leaving now for Denver. I hope we win!! lol. I’m a little worried since a lot of our starters won’t be playing. eeeek. I’m off to pack my “Zip Loc” bag for the game. I might throw a vibrator in it just so everyone there sees how ridiculous this new rule is. :)

I know I’m always telling you about how I live out in the boonies and complaining that I need to move to civilization but this is one of the reasons we don’t move.
If you look close you can see a deer chilling under the tree.
We have deer, elk and fox that just chill outside our house every day. It’s so incredible. I’ve seen a bear but that’s an animal I don’t want to see everyday. :)
