Hi guys,

Wow, it’s hot out! We have a few deer that like to lounge under our deck where it’s super shady and cool. They are so funny because they act like we’re trespassing when we’re near them. They could care less if we’re close to them. They just look at us like we’re bothering them. I don’t think I’ll ever move from here because I love the wildlife.

I’m off to workout. At least get into my workout gear and hope to suddenly feel that surge of motivation to workout. lol. Am I the only person that hates it? There is nothing I enjoy about working out other than allowing me to eat my favorite foods. lol.

How was your weekend!? It was really toasty here but not as bad as Denver and the rest of the country. At least our heat is dry heat and not humid. I hate humidity! lol.
Here is a selfie from my errand adventure yesterday. It seemed like I was in the car running to a hundred different places when really it was just a few. haha. Maybe I’m just lazy.

Wow, today has flown by! I feel like I’ve gotten nothing done. I need a Big Gulp of wine. haha. Okay, that’s sad, I didn’t say that. :)

Hi guys,

It’s Friday! Yay! I keep getting mailers from all of these clothing stores I love about sales and I’m getting suckered into them. Okay, not completely because I’ll go to the site find all the things I like and then decide that’s a lot of money. lol. I really need to unsubscribe to these sites so I won’t be lured into wasting time shopping around and a lot of times spending money. I love to shop though. Ahhhh! I guess that’s the girl in me. Jake’s so lucky that I’m not a brand whore or he would be broke. lol. Maybe I will shop a little tonight when I have some free time. I need shoes but those are iffy if I haven’t seen them in person. Luckily my shoe size is always accurate no matter what brand it is. Girl problems, right? haha. So if you see me tonight at my desk deep in thought - I’m shopping. lol. I do need new lingerie. You guys have any suggestions other than Victoria’s Secret for lingerie? Maybe a few cute dresses would be nice too. See, now I’m getting crazy.

Happy Canada Day to all of the Canadians out there and Happy Independence Day Weekend to all of you Americans! The roads are already crazy packed with traffic so be safe while traveling. I went downtown Denver to get my hair done this morning and wouldn’t you know it - Donald Trump and Sarah Palin were speaking at the convention center! What are the odds!!?? I don’t go downtown often because it’s a long drive for me so I thought it was just my luck downtown would be hosting Trump and Palin. ugh! Luckily it wasn’t too bad. The traffic back to the mountains was crazy but I know a lot of back mountain roads that got me home quicker.

I’ve got to get some work done since I’ve been out all day. Have a great Friday!
