To everyone that’s celebrating - Happy Easter!

I’ve eaten so much food today that I’m disappointed in myself. lol. I’ve also had a few too many glasses of wine so I won’t be that upset with myself until tomorrow probably. haha! Anyway, I hope you guys are enjoying the holiday if you do celebrate Easter. If you don’t, well, I hope you have a fantastic day nonetheless! :) We can always find a reason to eat and drink a lot – we don’t need a holiday.

I bought my dog a new pair of shades. haha! I think she actually digs them! She loves to stick her head outside the window of our Jeep so this will protect her from any debris that might fly at her. I really think she likes them because it keeps the sun out of her eyes. She’s so funny.

Hey guys,

We're in Palm Springs enjoying warmer weather. This is such a cool town. I think I'm the least tan person here, lol. I'm trying to stay out of the sun so I don't regret it later. Hoping to find a good sushi restaurant tonight. Ate at a place called Lulu last night. We've been there several times before in the past and it's so good. They have a great outdoor area to people watch. I'm still shocked someone decided to build this place in the middle of the desert. 🌵🌴. If you've never been here you should visit, the mid-century homes are the coolest!

Hey guys,

Wow, normally I’m not excited on Mondays but today I feel like my workload has been cut in half. I can finally relax and breathe. :) Tax season is such a pain in my ass. :)
So are you all missing the hour that we lost yesterday? I didn’t realize it until I woke up. My clock had automatically reset and when I looked at the time it said 10:00AM I freaked out! I guess 9AM is a little late too but Sunday is my day to do absolutely nothing.

Oh, you want to see the sexiest ketchup bottle ever? Here it is:

We ate at this restaurant called Twin Peaks the other day in Denver. We randomly decided to eat there because we were starving. At least I think we randomly ended up there (Jake can be pretty sneaky). It was like Hooters but 100 times better. All the girls were in daisy dukes and tied up flannel shirts. Hot as hell! I don’t remember what the food tasted like but it was a very pleasant dining experience. lol. I think it’s a chain so if you ever have a chance to go you need to!

Ahhhhh, my back! lol. I’ve been shoveling all morning! Looks like two feet of snow is the big number for this snow storm. I’m taking a break from the snow and staying warm inside.

Here are a few pics from my back deck/hot tub area. I’m not even going to shovel that. I guess I’ll have to wear my snow boots to get to the hot tub. Lol.
