Hi guys,

It’s gloomy here today. ☁️ It’s never cloudy unless the snow is falling and even then it’s sometimes sunny. I don’t know how anyone can live in a cloudy environment, talk about depressing. I feel pretty good about everything I’ve gotten done today so yay! haha. 😊

How are you all doing? Anyone have a vacation planned yet for the spring/summer time? Has anyone ever been to St. Lucia? I’ve always wanted to go but haven’t really done any investigating. I’ve only seen photos and they are incredible. I’d love to hear if you guys have ever been or somewhere else tropical that I should check out. I don’t even know if I’ll be able to take a big vacation any time soon but it’s nice to be “prepared”. 🌴 ☀️ 🍹

Well I’ve almost made it through Monday. I try to stay away from alcohol during the week so I'm not taking in a ton of “unnecessary” calories but today I feel like the calories are necessary. lol. I might be indulging in a glass of wine any minute now. 🍷

I wanted to share some pics I took in my neighborhood the other day. Seeing elk around here is so normal that I don’t think anything of it when they have parked themselves in everyone’s yards and on the roads. I took a few pics to share with ya.

See how they stare at us like we’re disturbing them? We did take over their home turf so I guess I would be just as pissed.

More elk. We will sometimes have hundreds of them hanging out for the day or night. They aren’t skittish so they don’t leave when you make noises are drive near them. 😋

Last one. This girl is licking her bootay right in front of us. No shame! haha. 😳

Omg, last night we had our windows opened and I could hear a mountain lion making noises. We hear them every now and then but I don't think a lot of it. Last night the noise was so close that it freaked me out. I take the dog out at night so it's a little scary. It is mating season for them so I should probably stay alert. If I hear it again tonight I'll try to record it. It's really freaky! 🐆

I can’t believe it’s already Thursday. I finally got me a new pair of headphones. It seemed like all the cool kids were buying the “Beats by Dre” Studio brand so that’s what I got and I have to say I’m impressed. They sound awesome. I wanted the pink ones but I ended up getting the white ones because they would go with everything. haha. I didn’t want my headphones clashing with my clothes – what a horror that would be!!! lol.
