Hi guys,

How was your weekend? It was toasty here but luckily not as toasty as some parts of the country. I’m so glad it doesn’t get crazy hot here. When the temperature gets over 80 I start to freak out. I’m not sure how I grew up on the East Coast. I guess when that’s the only climate you know and don’t have anything else to compare it to you can’t complain.

Jake and I totally got caught up in this show called “Missing Dial” over the weekend. There are not that many episodes but we watched it all the way through because the finale aired last night. It’s about a missing American hiker in the jungle of Costa Rica. His father hires his own detectives to go down and try to find him or find out what happened to him. You have to watch it. You think you have it all figured out and then BAM! You’re not even close. lol. I won’t say anymore but it’s really interesting. There are way too many shows on TV. We try not to get caught up in them or you’ll never leave your house. Jake loves all the survival shows like “Alone” and “Naked and Afraid”. A new one comes out each week it seems. We also love the gold prospecting shows and the living in the arctic shows. It’s getting ridiculous. haha.
