SUBJECT: Blah! I Got A Parking Ticket!
Hi guys!
I’ve had one of those days where I had big plans of being productive but nothing seemed to get done. Argh! The worst part of the day is that I drove to Denver to have a yummy lunch and when I came out of the restaurant I had a big bright yellow parking ticket on my car. I was so confused because I knew the parking meter still had a little time left on it and I wasn’t parked illegally in any way. I opened the stupid yellow envelope and it was a $75 ticket for not having a license plate on the front of my car!!! I was so mad. I know this will sound dumb but I’ve never put a license plate on the front because I thought it would look ugly. haha. I don’t know if it’s worth $75 each time I park downtown but it’s such a silly law! I thought parking enforcement was to enforce parking laws like not paying for parking or illegally parking. What does a license plate have to do with parking???
