I LOVE Whole Foods! They have the yummiest salad bar there MMMM! There really is a lot of good snack food that's "healthy" too - that's a great place to find it!

Our weekend was nice and quiet - just what I needed after a month with the family, and am leaving again in a few days for another two weeks with the fam... *sigh*

I think Kyle must be smoking crack because yours is the BEST website I have come across! There's so much material here I don't think I could ever view it all, and I think there's only been once or twice when you couldn't make it to chat at the last minute, and that was always with a good reason!!

I know the struggles with giving up the soda but I did it cold-turkey a long time ago and now the beverage of choice is water or club soda. Gave up smoking 20 years ago the same way. Here's the trick - just don't buy it - if you don't have cans of Diet Coke stashed you can't drink it.
I also agree with Jeannie - yours is one of the best sites on the net. Try and find someone who is as good-looking as you having so much fun - no way!

I'm really big into using organic/natural products (shampoos, soaps, lotions, even lube) and eating. Even my dog eats organic dog food. If you have one in your area you might want to check out Vitamin Cottage (I know there are a lot in northern colo and Denver). I have a friend that buy all her meat there. If you bring in an ad from a competitor showing, for example, that they are selling chicken for $1/lb, Vitamin Cottage will match it.

i wish i could get into drinking and eating whole foods its so hard by yourself. Is Jake doing this too? Was at ashleys chat monday missing our host but we had fun chatting. My weekend was great...the weather here was beautiful as well. I shopped there at whole foods while in Denver. Its a great way to eat. Much better for your body(yours is great as it is). Hope your week is starting off great!

I am so sorry I missed the chat last night. In all honesty, I was ready to go at 8:30 and settled in bed. I must have closed my eyes because I fell asleep. I woke this morning and realized what happened. It was a really long weekend at work and hard workout with my trainer...I must have been more exhausted then I thought. Whole foods are the way to go. We have a local store here and it is fun to just go in and look around. Nobody likes shopping with me because I read all the labels so I know exactly what is in there and exactly what they consider to be a serving. I like to prepare things in advance then I freeze it and just heat it up later when I am on the run. I have been checking out a lot of sites before I joined yours and none of them can compare to yours. I have absolutely no complaints and your site is the best by far:) There is no way possible for anyone to take in everything you have to offer and the Friday updates are always fantastic.
