Hi everyone,
OH MY! I’ve been working on this week’s video update and it’s so hot! I will have it up for you tomorrow so make sure you tune in. :) You’re going to love it! I think it’s one of my best videos yet!!!
I had an amazing workout today. I’m trying to get buff so I’ve been working out harder than I would normally do. It feels good but I’m so sore! Especially my ass!

I’m a cardio girl and love to jog on the treadmill and workout on the elliptical machine. Lifting can be fun too but someone has to make me do it. ha! Good luck on your workout program!
