Hey allie! Sorry its been a few days since I have said hello:) Its been a bit busy here. I need to tell you though, I enjoyed the video with Rio. OMG I'm LOVING her hair dark!! Makes her look sooooo sexy!!! Not that she wasn't before or anything~hehe, just OMG it looks great! You on the other hand ALWAYS look great! Tell me again how you have such an AWESOME body?!!?? I think I'm moving to Colorado just so I can learn your workout plan man!! haha:)

Let me ask you all this(those who watch the Sopranos) was this last show depressing or what??! I hope they don't keep him in a coma all season! Geesh!!

Hi Valerie, I think I like Rio’s hair dark as well. It was like I was playing with a entirely different person. :) Awww, you’re so sweet. I eat lots of ice cream and peanut butter. I try to workout as much as I can but that usually isn’t too much. You can still come over so I can personally train you! :) Hope to see you tonight!

Val I totally agree with ya, if they keep Tony in a coma all season, I'l go nuts. Looks like the remaining captains are gonna stir up some trouble though while he's out. Allie I will not be attendingn chat tonight. Seems my fit of allergy attacks yesterday turned fairly deadly into a flu, my temp went to 105 degrees and I'm gonna just chill tonight, I may watch from my couch but won't participate too much.
