Amsterdam hey!!! A beautiful city. Been there many a time. Only 1 hour flight from me. If I wasn't so damn busy I would jet out and meet you, but alas no can do. :( You could stop off here on the way back (he say's hopefully!!!!).
Allie if you get chance, check out the red light district in Amsterdam not so far from the main railway station down by the canals. It is awesome!!! If you can't find it, just ask as the Dutch all speak good English.
Fully legalised. Sex shops, shows and even prostitutes just sat in windows waiting for custom. Just walking around will blow your mind. Stick close to Jake though, and keep safe.
Try the space cake as well whilst over there, but don't try and take any home (it is made with cannabis - it is legal in Holland).
My back is sorta getting slowly better. I tore the lumber muscles about 4 weeks ago. Hurts like hell when I get up in the morning, but gradually eases during the day. Physio is working (I think!!!).

Hi Alan, Only a one hour flight?? Our flight is 12 hours long. :( I hope we have the opportunity to check out a lot of the cool places of Amsterdam. The sex shops sound really exciting and fun!
