Yikes! Just watched the new video--twice! Thanks, Charlie, for a great suggestion, and thanks Allie for following up on it. (I'd thank Jake, too, but I believe he received plenty of "gratitude" already!) I didn't think a hand-job video would be so great, but I was definitely wrong. Lesson learned: Never underestimate Allie!
